Nathan McNeal is a proven leader who is customer-focus oriented. He has a natural passion for his work and is dedicated to its growth and success.

Nathan McNeal is Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Vice President of McNeal Professional Services, Inc. (MPS) a Wireless Engineering and Technical Staffing Services Consulting firm. He is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth, expense, cost and margin control, and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management. He is also responsible for the Wireless Engineering Services division of the company. This division specializes in Radio Frequency (RF) Planning, RF Optimization, RF Maintenance, In-Building and RF System Design utilizing various telecommunications technologies including GSM, CDMA, TDMA, and iDEN. With several years of experience as an RF Engineering Consultant and RF Project Manager, Nathan has successfully implemented new design build outs, improved system statistical performance, managed turnkey projects, and expedited project market launches. He has also streamlined client business processes to positively impact the bottom line of their business by controlling expenses and labor.  

Nathan has been in the Wireless Telecommunications industry for more than a decade. His technical expertise encompasses RF System Design, RF System Performance, Project Management, and Resource Management. As a Resource and Project Manager in corporate America , Nathan was responsible for more than 150 direct reports in his department. The firm currently works with a number of diverse clients to include AT&T Mobility, Verizon Wireless, Sprint-Nextel, T-Mobile, General Dynamics, Bechtel, and Lucent Technologies.

Nathan has been the recipient of numerous awards including “Outstanding Engineer” and “Engineer of the Year.” Nathan is also heavily involved in many professional organizations and community projects. He is a member of IEEE ( Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and NSBE (National Society of Black Engineers), and the Georgia Wireless Association.

Nathan has done community projects for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Hands on Atlanta. Nathan is an accomplished RF Engineer and a proven leader. The recognition Nathan has achieved throughout his career reflects his ability to motivate, coach, develop, and train others. He continues to participate in Career Day at inner-city schools annually and has participated in entrepreneurial panel discussions.

Nathan earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Georgia Institute of Technology where he received a degree in Electrical Engineering. He also received a Bachelors of Science degree from Morehouse College in General Science. His professional work history includes experience with AT&T and Galaxy Engineering, a subsidiary of American Towers .
