David Nally

Controller

David is a dynamic accounting and finance guru who has served as a Controller for many large organizations including Emory Vision. He has developed in-house financial reporting and financial controls, developed and implemented company-wide incentive programs incorporating P&L based incentives, and designed and implemented formal budgeting procedures for the company's Executive, Corporate and District Operations divisions.

David has also set up accounting for 14 limited partnerships and has also had responsibility for the general ledger, internal and external financial reporting, management reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, cash management and insuring accounting conformity with company policies, procedures and GAAP. He has also successfully prepared accounting information for external audits by "Big 5" accounting firms, including the company's initial audit engagement. And has had responsibilities to small business clients of this CPA firm included write-up, business planning, and budgeting.

David received his MBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University and his BBA from the University of Georgia with a focus on accounting development, special projects, tax preparation, system and procedure development and staff training.
